Word on the street is that I have some fabulous new readers 'round these parts! Now that finals are over (WHEW!) I figured it's time to officially introduce myself to these new awesome people.
This is me. Sometimes I like to make funny faces. Most of the time they don't end up on the blog, so you better enjoy this one. It might never happen again. Just sayin'.
(notice the cat in the foreground - they keep their distance!)
I knit. All the time. Constantly. Nonstop. Pick an adjetive. It borders on obsessive.
This is one of my best friends, Emily. She shows her face around here once in a while too. Sometimes I even wrangle her into modeling for my Etsy shop. ;)
As for the rest of my life, next month I'll be starting my LAST semester at the local junior college before transferring to a four-year university. (Can I get a hell yeah?!) Hopefully it will be to Cal Poly SLO, where I'll study psychology and business admin. I'm addicted to Starbucks, and have been for six years. I've been ordering the same drink all that time, too, if you were curious. I'm addicted to Instagram (@megancooper13 !). Liam Neeson, Ryan Reynolds, and Penn Badgley are all my future husbands. I'm moving to Tibet or Nepal so I can legally marry all of them. I know. You're jealous.
So, to those new faces, welcome! I'm super excited to have you all here, and I hope you'll stick around for a while. :) xx
I knit compulsively too. And we might have to have a knitt off for liam...
ReplyDeletehaha i love this! and thats pretty smart, you moving to tibet or nepal so you can marry a lot of guys... i should've thought of that, haha! xx|natalia.
ReplyDeleteYou're right, you do have some new readers :) I found you this week through Bonnie's blog. I'm pretty excited to be following along.
ReplyDeleteAlso - I really like this sentence. "I knit. All the time. Constantly. Nonstop. Pick an adjective. It borders on obsessive." Not because I knit (although I made a scarf once or twice) - but because all of those periods are placed exactly how I think and talk.
Enjoy :)
Haha, thanks for the comment. Actually, it was all a ploy to get you over to my blog. jk jk. I swear that box is checked off - Jenni from Story of My Life told me that a few months back, so I went and checked off the box. Hm. I'll have to try to figure this out. Thanks for stopping by though!!
ReplyDeleteI've solved the problem. Two separate email addresses. This is what happens when you *try* to keep your personal and blogging lives slightly separate and just fail. I'll try to pull it all together. Thanks for helping me figure it out. Here's my actual blogger profile: http://www.blogger.com/profile/08725384101485588673
